Homemade pizza on the weekend

Weekends are for the cooking that does not fit into a weekday morning. This is pizza, made at home, with red wine.
One has tomato, cheese, and basil. The dough is thick at the edge, so the rim puffs up and chars. There is a salad with slices of roast beef on the side.
